Hey, everyone! Today’s blog entry is about Zaragoza.
Zaragoza is a spanish town squeezed between Barcelona and San Sebastián, with a very spanish personality, but overall lacks turist attractions.
You can say that the city life swirls around The Basilica–Cathedral of Our Lady of the Pillar, with the main comercial streets leading to it. It is a roman catholic church and it is reputed to be the first church dedicated to Mary in history. Ken Follet writes about this cathedral in his book ” The Pillars of the Earth”.
Due to its industrial character you can see a lot of street art, but properly integrated with the city environment.

Zaragoza é uma cidade espanhola localizada entre Barcelona e San Sebastián. Com uma personalidade espanhola marcante, faltam-lhe algumas atrações turísticas para se tornar uma cidade mais apelativa.
Pode-se dizer que a vida da cidade gira em torno da Basílica de Nossa Senhora do Pilar e todas as ruas comercias confluem para a mesma. É uma igreja católica romana e é reputada por ser a primeira, na história, dedicada a Maria. Ken Follet escreve sobre a catedral no seu livro ” The Pillars of the Earth”.
