1- CAFE MOZART

Café Mozart was founded in 1794, just some years after Mozart’s death. Throughout its time, the café has hosted many of Austria’s most famous musicians, composers and writers.
We decided to go there and have (a big) breakfast (like a king/queen), and it was gorgeous 🙂 Take a change!
O Café Mozart foi fundado em 1794, alguns anos após a morte de Mozart. Desde então, o café tem servido muitos músicos, compositores e escritores austríacos famosos.
Decidimos visitar o espaço e tomar (um grande) pequeno-almoço, no nosso segundo dia em Viena, e foi fenomenal 🙂 Vá e experimente!

2-  HOFBURG PALACE 

After your delicious breakfast visit the Hofburg Palace. Built in the 13th century, the palace has housed some of the most powerful people in European and Austrian history, including monarchs of the Habsburg dynasty. It was the principal imperial winter residence.
A part of the palace forms the official residence and workplace of the President of Austria; the other part that one you can visite includes the imperial silver collection, the Sisi Museum and the imperial apartments.
Após o seu delicioso pequeno-almoço visite o Palácio Hofburg. Construído no século XIII, foi residencia de pessoas poderosas na história da Europa e da Áustria, incluindo monarcas da dinastia Habsburg. Foi a principal residência de inverno da realeza.
Uma parte do palácio é a residência oficial e o local de trabalho do Presidente da Áustria; a outra é a que pode ser visitada e inclui o Museu Sisi, os apartamentos reais e a fantástica colecção de prata.

3- RATHAUS 

Go to the Rathaus platz where the city hall (Rathaus) – a wonderful gothic building that deserves some pictures – is located. If is advent time explore its christmas market and have lunch there.
Dirija-se para a praça Rathaus, onde se localiza a câmara da cidade (Rathaus) – um monumento gótico que merece ser fotografado. Se for em altura do advento, explore o mercado de natal e almoce por lá.

4- KUNSTHISTORISCHES MUSEUM 

Vienna has a lot of museums and you can choose the one you like most.
The Museum of Art History (Kunsthistorisches museum) is located at Maria Theresien platz and has a considerable collection of art that belonged to the Habsburg family.
More museums are found at museum quartier or even in front to the Art History Museum where the Natural History Museum is.
Viena tem imensos museus onde se pode “perder”. Escolha o que mais lhe agradar.
Nós fomos ao Museu da História da Arte (Kunsthistorisches museum), localizado na praça Maria Theresien, e que alberga uma vasta colecção de arte que outrora pertenceu à família Habsburg.
Mais museus podem ser encontrados no quarteirão dos museus ou mesmo em frente ao Kunsthistorisches poderá encontrar o Museu de História Natural.

5- DINNER CLUB 

End the day doing something you normally don’t do. Go to a dinner club and enjoy a good atmosphere while you have dinner. We went to Albertina Passage and it was a great experience. Beautiful and well dress people having fun, drinking their cocktails, listening a band playing and eating…and in the end you can dance.
If you want something peaceful you can go to the Vienna State Opera house to see a perfomance.
Termine o dia fazendo algo que normalmente não faz. Vá a um “dinner club”  e desfrute da atmosfera que ali se vive enquanto janta. Fomos ao Albertina Passage e a experiência não poderia ter sido melhor. Pessoas bonitas a divertirem-se enquanto bebem os seus cocktails e ouvem uma banda ao vivo a tocar …e no final ainda se pode dançar.
Se quer algo mais calmo vá à Ópera de Viena.
