DAY 3
Our 3rd day started with snow 🙂 We enjoyed a morning stroll through the biggest park of the city, the Central Park, with perfect hexagons of snowflakes falling over our heads. It was the perfect Christmas feeling!
At 11am we went to the Metropolitan Museum of Art (MET), located on the Upper East Side (“Gossip Girl” fans do you recall?). 🙂 We joined a free Portuguese guide tour that took over 1 hour. You can see here the free visit tours they have available. I bought the tickets, once again, in advance.
Afterwards, we were starving, and we had lunch in a nearby German food restaurant (“Café Sabasky” at Neue Galerie).
For the afternoon, we took a bus to the the American Museum of Natural History to see the dinosaurs 😀 . There is no entrance fee for USA citizens and foreigners, you just pay what you want (at almost every museums in NYC, just USA citizens can pay what they want).
For the evening we enjoyed a ballet performance “The Nutcracker” at the Lincoln Center.
DIA 3
Poderá ver aqui as tours disponíveis.

DAY 4
We started our 4th day with a typical american breakfast at “Joe Jr.” near Union Square Park. We delight ourselves with pancakes, bacon, eggs and a ton of oils.
This day was focus on shopping around the Flatiron Building. Nordstrom Rack, Forever 21, Victoria’s Secret, Mac Cosmetics, Uniqlo and others, were on the menu.
For lunch we tried one of the best burgers in town at “Shack Shack” on its 1st open spot at Madison Square Park.
For dinner I was craving korean food so we went to Koreatown. We enjoyed a bibimbap and others korean delicacies at “Her Name is Han”. They accept reservations. I advised you to catch this opportunity to buy some Korean cosmetics at one of the many shops located in Koreatown 🙂
Before going back to the hotel, we tried to visit the Empire State building at night, but it was too foggy and raining so we decided to skip it to the next morning.
DIA 4
Degustamos um bibimbap e outros pratos Coreanos no restaurante “Her Name is Han”. Aceitam reservas.
